At herbs., speed and simplicity aren’t just in the jar — they’re in the delivery too. Here’s what to expect:

Processing Time

Orders placed before 11:00 PM CET are shipped same day. Orders after 11:00 PM ship out the next business day. No delays, no drama.

Estimated Delivery Time

We ship everything with standard tracked delivery. Your herbs should arrive within 3–8 business days, depending on your location.
If it’s not at your door by day 8, we’ll make it right.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is currently free on all orders. No minimums. No surprises.

Returns

Not feeling it? You’ve got 30 days to return your order — no questions asked. Just make sure it’s unused and in original condition.
Note: Return shipping costs are not covered by herbs.
